SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On January 21, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada and India, filed in proper form on behalf of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, Cargill, Incorporated, and Primary Products Ingredients Americas LLC (collectively, the petitioners), domestic producers of citric acid and certain citrate salts. [ 1 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada and India. [ 2 ] Between January 26 and February 6, 2026, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires.
