[ 1 ] On August 1, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On August 28, 2024, Commerce received a timely request to conduct an administrative review of the Order from SMPC, and on August 30, 2024, Worthington Industries (the petitioner) requested a review of SMPC.
