The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted an investigation pursuant to section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(b)) (the Act) to review its determination in investigation No. 731-TA-747 (Final).\1\ The purpose of the investigation is to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on fresh tomatoes from Mexico is likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States.
