SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that sales of utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to certain companies that had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 26, 2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty order on wind towers from Korea. [ 1 ] On September 20, 2024, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the Order covering nine producers/exporters of the subject merchandise.
