SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Tejawat Organic Foods, the sole producer/exporter subject to this administrative review, made sales of organic soybean meal (soybean meal) from India in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review.
