Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to institute a formal enforcement proceeding relating to the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders (collectively, "the remedial orders") issued on September 29, 2025, in the above-referenced investigation, against certain defaulting respondents, including Vivace, Inc. d/b/a Dae Do Inc.
