SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) to correct certain ministerial errors. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 12, 2025, Commerce published the Final Results of the administrative review of the AD order on aluminum foil from Oman in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On September 15, 2025, we received a timely filed allegation of ministerial errors from Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC (OARC), the mandatory respondent in this administrative review. [ 2 ] On September 22, 2025, the Aluminum Association Trade Enforcement Working Group and its individual members (collectively, the petitioners) submitted timely comments in rebuttal to OARC's Ministerial Error Comments.
