On September 3, 2025, FAA published a final rule titled "Falsification, Reproduction, Alteration, Omission, or Incorrect Statements". That final rule incorrectly deleted three sections of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations rather than the intended one paragraph in each of those sections.
