The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on certain cold- drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel (cold-drawn mechanical tubing) from India for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. Commerce preliminarily finds that Goodluck India Limited (Goodluck) did not make sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR, and Tube Products of India, Ltd., a unit of Tube Investments of India Limited (TII) made sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal NV during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
