SUMMARY: In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by adding 32 entities to the Entity List. These entries are listed on the Entity List under the destination of China, People's Republic of (China) (23), India, (1), Iran (1), Singapore (1), Taiwan (1), Turkey (3), and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) (2). These entities have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. This final rule revises an entry by removing two addresses from one entity under the destination of Russia. Finally, this rule amends 27 existing entries on the Entity List to correct typographical errors under the following destinations: Belarus (3), China (11), Iran (1), Pakistan (1), Russia (9), and Turkey (2).
