SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on silicomanganese from India for the period of review (POR) May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. Commerce preliminarily finds that silicomanganese from India was not sold in the United States at prices below normal value during the POR. [ 1 ] On May 2, 2024, Commerce published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order covering the POR. [ 2 ] On July 5, 2024, based on timely requests for an administrative review, Commerce initiated this administrative review of the Order with respect to one company, Maithan Alloys Limited.
