Abstract

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission ("Commission") has determined (1) to review in part an initial determination ("ID") (Order No. 10) of the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") granting Complainant's motion for summary determination of violation, and (2) to request written submissions from the parties, interested government agencies, and interested persons, under the schedule set forth below, on remedy, public interest, and bonding.
