Department of Justice Antitrust Division Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Antitrust Procedures and Penalties Act, 15 U.S.C. 16(b)-(h) , that a proposed Final Judgment, Stipulation, and Competitive Impact Statement have been filed with the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina in United States of America et al. v. RealPage, Inc. et al., Civil Action No. 1:24-cv-00710. On January 7, 2025, the United States filed a Complaint alleging that Greystar Management Services, LLC's agreements with RealPage and other landlords to share information and align pricing violate Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. 1 . The proposed Final Judgment, filed on August 8, 2025, bars Greystar from licensing or using a revenue management software that relies on competitively sensitive data and prohibits Greystar from sharing competitively sensitive information with other landlords. Greystar must also establish an antitrust compliance policy and cooperate with the United States in this litigation. Copies of the Complaint, proposed Final Judgment, and Competitive Impact Statement are available for inspection on the Antitrust Division's website at http://www.justice.gov/​atr and at the Office of the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
