SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that large diameter welded pipe (LDWP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) was not sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 2, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty (AD) order on LDWP from Korea. [ 1 ] On May 2, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On July 5, 2024, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order. [ 3 ] On July 22, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by seven days.
