SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 10, 2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Determination and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On August 5, 2025, Commerce issued a post-preliminary analysis. [ 2 ] Because Commerce aligned the deadline for the final determination in this countervailing duty (CVD) investigation with the deadline for the final determination in the companion less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of CORE from Brazil, the deadline for this final CVD determination is now August 25, 2025.
