SUMMARY: The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters for a high-speed boat race. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by high-speed boat racing. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector St. Petersburg. DATES: This rule is effective from 8 a.m. on September 6, 2025, through 6:30 p.m. on September 7, 2025. It is subject to enforcement from 8 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. each day.
