SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background In accordance with section 705(d) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), on July 11, 2025, Commerce published its affirmative final determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of tungsten shot from China.
