SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that countervailable subsidies were provided to a producer and exporter of common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from Bahrain during the period of review (POR) from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
