SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters sold common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from the Republic of Türkiye (Türkiye) in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to three companies under review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
