SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Sucroal S.A. (Sucroal) made sales of citric acid and certain citrate salts (citric acid) from Colombia at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty (AD) order on citric acid from Colombia. [ 1 ] On July 1, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On August 14, 2024, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order covering one company.
