SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On June 25, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of oleoresin paprika from India, filed in proper form on behalf of Rezolex, Ltd. Co. (the petitioner), a domestic producer of oleoresin paprika. [ 1 ] The CVD Petition was accompanied by an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of oleoresin paprika from India. [ 2 ] Between June 27 and July 9, 2025, Commerce requested additional information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between July 1 and 10, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
