SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On June 25, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of oleoresin paprika from India, filed in proper form on behalf of Rezolex, Ltd. Co. (the petitioner), a domestic producer of oleoresin paprika. [ 1 ] The AD Petition was accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of oleoresin paprika from India. [ 2 ] Between June 27 and July 9, 2025, Commerce requested additional information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between July 1 and 10, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
