SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 6, 2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results of the 2023 administrative review of the countervailing duty order on PVLT tries from China, and invited comments from interested parties. [ 1 ] Because no interested parties submitted comments, we have made no changes, and adopted the Preliminary Results as the final results of this administrative review. Accordingly, no decision memorandum accompanies this Federal Register notice.
