SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that sales of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils (SSSSC) from Taiwan have been made at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Commerce also preliminarily finds that Yieh United Steel Company (YUSCO) had no shipments to the United States during the POR. Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that 22 companies for which we initiated a review had no suspended entries during the POR.
