SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding, in part, the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. Further, Commerce preliminarily finds that Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. (Tainai) had no shipments during the POR and C&U Group Shanghai Bearing Co., Ltd. (C&U Shanghai) did not qualify for a separate rate and therefore, is considered part of the China-wide entity. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
