SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 29, 2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LTFV investigation of brake drums from Türkiye, in which we also postponed the final determination until June 13, 2025. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Determination.
