SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in the above-captioned investigation by respondents Ascletis Pharma Inc. of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China; Ascletis Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China; Ascletis Bioscience Co., Ltd. of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China; and Gannex Pharma Co., Ltd. of Shanghai, China (collectively, “Corporate Respondents”), based on their misappropriation of certain asserted trade secrets.
