SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 10, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LTFV investigation of CORE from Vietnam. [ 1 ] On April 14, 2025, the petitioners  [ 2 ] timely alleged that Commerce made significant ministerial errors in the Preliminary Determination.
