Notice is hereby given that on April 30, 2025, the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") issued a Summary Determination on Violation of Section 337. On May 12, 2025, the ALJ issued an Order cancelling the evidentiary hearing because all issues before the ALJ have been resolved and terminating the investigation before the ALJ. In the Summary Determination and the Order, the ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. This notice is soliciting comments from the public and interested government agencies only.
