On May 7, 2025, the Exchange filed Amendment No. 1 to the proposed rule change, which supersedes and replaces the original proposal in its entirety. [ 3 ] The Commission is publishing this notice to solicit comments on the proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment No. 1, from interested persons. I. Self-Regulatory Organization's Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change The Exchange proposes to amend Rule 5020 (Criteria for Underlying Securities) to permit the listing of options on Commodity-Based Trust Shares.
