SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that one company under review did not establish its entitlement to a separate rate and is part of the People's Republic of China (China)-wide entity, and found that seven companies under review with no entries of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR) remain in the China-wide entity. Further, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to 34 of the 42 companies/company groupings under review. The POR is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
