SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On April 10, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan, filed in proper form on behalf of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (the petitioner), a domestic producer of lattice boom crawler cranes. [ 1 ] Between April 15 and 23, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 2 ] On April 18 and 24, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
