SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On April 10, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan, filed in proper form on behalf of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (the petitioner), a domestic producer of lattice boom crawler cranes. [ 1 ] Between April 15 and 23, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 2 ] On April 18 and 24, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information. [ 3 ] In accordance with section 732(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the petitioner alleges that imports of lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) within the meaning of section 731 of the Act, and that imports of such products are materially injuring, or threatening material injury to, the lattice boom crawler cranes industry …
