SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On March 27, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of certain monomers and oligomers (monomers and oligomers) from Korea and Taiwan filed in proper form on behalf of Arkema, Inc. (the petitioner), a domestic producer of monomers and oligomers. [ 1 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of monomers and oligomers from Taiwan. [ 2 ] Between March 31 and April 8, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] On April 4 and 11 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
