ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: This action amends the Class E airspace at Marysville, OH. This action is the result of an airspace review conducted due to the decommissioning of the Marysville nondirectional beacon (NDB). The geographic coordinates are being corrected due to a typographical error and updated to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database. This action brings the airspace into compliance with FAA orders and supports instrument flight rule (IFR) procedures and operations. DATES: Effective 0901 UTC, June 12, 2025. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference action under 1 CFR part 51 , subject to the annual revision of FAA Order JO 7400.11 and publication of conforming amendments.
