(XMT) and Hangzhou Evernew Machinery & Equipment Company Limited (Hangzhou Evernew) sold certain metal lockers and parts thereof (metal lockers) from the People's Republic of China (China) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.
