SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of multilayered wood flooring (wood flooring) from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review. DATES: Applicable March 20, 2025. [ 1 ] The American Manufacturers of Multilayered Wood Flooring (the petitioner) and other interested parties requested that Commerce conduct an administrative review of the Order. On February 8, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the Order.
