SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On February 12, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) from the People's Republic of China (China) filed in proper form on behalf of the Ad Hoc MDI Fair Trade Coalition (the petitioner). [ 1 ] Between February 14 and 26, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 2 ] Between February 20 and 28, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
