The environmental document will also discuss the environmental impacts of the Mississippi Crossing Project (MSX) involving construction and operation of facilities by Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC (TGP) in Washington, Sunflower, Humphreys, Holmes, Attala, Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Lauderdale, and Clarke counties, Mississippi; and Choctaw County, Alabama.
