SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On January 15, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of temporary steel fencing from the People's Republic of China (China) filed in proper form on behalf of ZND US Inc. (the petitioner), a U.S. producer of temporary steel fencing. [ 1 ] The AD Petition was accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of temporary steel fencing from China. [ 2 ] On January 17 and 29, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] On January 22, 30, and 31, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
