SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background In accordance with sections 735(d) and 777(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), on October 17, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative final determination of sales at less-than-fair-value (LTFV) in the investigation of truck and bus tires from Thailand. [ 1 ] As part of its determination, Commerce made an affirmative crticial cirumstances finding for Bridgestone Corporation in the LTFV investigation.
