SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of chlorinated isocyanurates (chlorinated isos) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR), January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 13, 2014, Commerce published the countervailing duty order on chlorinated isos from China in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On December 29, 2023, Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On July 2, 2024, Commerce extended the time period for issuing these preliminary results by 120 days, until November 29, 2024, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
