SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On October 21, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of paper file folders from Cambodia and Sri Lanka filed in proper form on behalf of the Coalition of Domestic Folder Manufacturers (the petitioner), [ 1 ] the members of which are domestic producers of paper file folders. [ 2 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition ( printed page 91323) concerning imports of paper file folders from Cambodia. [ 3 ] Between October 25 and 28, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires. [ 4 ] The petitioner responded to Commerce's supplemental questionnaires on October 29 and 30, 2024.
