SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to 46 companies that had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR.
