SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On September 30, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of hexamethylenetetramine (hexamine) from China, Germany, India, and Saudi Arabia filed in proper form on behalf of Bakelite LLC (the petitioner). [ 1 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of hexamine from China and India. [ 2 ] Between October 2 and 11, 2024, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] The petitioner responded to Commerce's supplemental questionnaires between October 7 and 18, 2024.
