SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR) from Mexico were sold at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2023. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this review, in part, with respect to certain companies. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. DATES: Applicable October 23, 2024. [ 1 ] On September 6, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order . [ 2 ] On November 15, 2023, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the Order with respect to 19 companies.
