( printed page 83475) SUMMARY: This notice announces EPA's order for the cancellation of certain pesticide products in association with fiscal year 2023 maintenance fee invoicing and collection. Table 1 of Unit III lists those products for which registrants have voluntarily requested cancellation pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Table 3 of Unit III lists those products that EPA is cancelling for non-payment of annual maintenance fees, pursuant to FIFRA. DATES: The cancellations are effective October 16, 2024.
