The application seeks NRC approval of the direct transfer of a two percent ownership interest of Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-76 and NPF-80 for South Texas Project (STP), Units 1 and 2, and the associated independent spent fuel storage installation facility (ISFSI) from Constellation South Texas to CPS Energy.
