SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 14, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigations of imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules (solar cells), from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
