SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers and exporters of certain softwood lumber products (softwood lumber) from Canada received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR), January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 6, 2024, Commerce published the preliminary results of this administrative review in the Federal Register and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On April 25, 2024, Commerce extended the deadline for issuing the final results of this review until August 2, 2024, which was tolled by seven days until August 9, 2024.
