SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty order on CORE from Korea. [ 1 ] Based on a timely request for review, and in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , Commerce initiated this administrative review on September 29, 2023. [ 2 ] This review covers 13 companies, [ 3 ] of which we selected Dongkuk Coated Metal Co., Ltd. (Dongkuk) and Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai) as mandatory respondents.
